Booking Terms
- All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- The hotel reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances.
- Any special requests (early check-in, late check-out, room preferences, etc.) are subject to availability and will only be guaranteed if confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Payment Terms
- An advance payment may be required to secure and confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made through approved payment methods accepted by the hotel.
- All applicable taxes, including GST and other government levies, will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be determined according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Reservation modifications, including changes to dates or room categories, are subject to availability and may incur rate differences.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for reservation amendments or modifications.
Limitation of Liability
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
- Guests are strongly encouraged to utilize the hotel’s available safety and security facilities for valuable items.
- The hotel shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Utility or power failures
- Acts of God
- Force majeure events
- Public emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
