Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out services.
  • Guests are advised to contact the hotel in advance for special timing requests.

Child Policy

  • Children below 6 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents or guardians.
  • Children aged 6 years and above will be charged according to the applicable room tariff and occupancy policy.
  • Additional bedding or extra mattresses may incur separate charges.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.
  • Exceptions, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of hotel management and must be approved in advance.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, hallways, restaurants, meeting areas, and all enclosed spaces within the hotel.
  • Designated smoking areas, if available, may be used by guests.
  • Any violation of this policy may result in cleaning fees, penalties, or other charges as determined by hotel management.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Room Bookings (Single Room Reservation)

  • Guests are eligible for a full refund of the advance deposit if the cancellation request is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date and time.
  • No refund shall be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in.

Group / Bulk Bookings (More Than One Room)

  • Guests are eligible for a full refund of the advance deposit if the cancellation request is received at least 90 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • No refund shall be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled check-in date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by hotel management.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take a reasonable period to reflect, subject to banking procedures.

🪪 Valid Identification Requirement

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification document at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted identification documents may include:
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Voter ID Card
    • Any other government-approved photo identification
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.

Guest Guidelines

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, the following guidelines must be observed:

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay in or access residential rooms.
  • Visitors may meet guests only in designated public areas unless otherwise authorized by hotel management.
  • Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and refrain from causing disturbance to other guests or hotel operations.
  • Any loss, damage, or destruction of hotel property caused by a guest shall be chargeable to the concerned guest.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate accommodation for any individual whose behavior is considered inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive.
